THE TEAM BEHIND ADRIAN & ROTH

JÜRGEN ADRIAN

decided in 1995 to move into the personnel consultancy sector, where he was COO of the operational business of a renowned company until 2002. In the same year he founded Adrian & Roth Personalberatung together with Florian Roth. The result is a strong team of consultants, long-term customer loyalty and satisfied candidates as well as a unique range of services.

FLORIAN ROTH

is the technical head within Adrian & Roth. Before joining the HR consultancy in 1999, he studied electrical engineering and worked in the field of microelectronics for more than 10 years. Almost 20 years ago, together with Jürgen Adrian, he founded Adrian & Roth Personalberatung. Today, Adrian & Roth is one of the top HR consultancies in the electronics area and has been able to establish an attractive group of clients over the years in other areas such as mechanical engineering, automotive and telecommunications.

JULIAN GOERISCH

studied political science and European business law in Munich and Nancy / France. After successfully completing his studies in 2013, he decided to start consulting directly. At Adrian & Roth, he had the opportunity to learn the "craft" of the personnel consultant from scratch. His methodological and market competence as well as his technical understanding enable him to support his clients from the electronics industry in every phase of recruiting.

LINO ADRIAN

completed his training as an office clerk at the beginning of 2013 and then worked as a sales employee in various companies. After spending a year abroad in Australia, he started working as a management assistant at Adrian & Roth in May 2018 and supports the company in administrative and organizational matters. In 2021, Lino moved into project work and has since been able to successfully assist its clients in filling a number of positions.

STEFFEN GREINER

holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and focused on the application potential of artificial intelligence along the customer journey. This was followed by a master's degree in business psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology. Accompanying this, he entered traditional executive search in 2021, where he was able to gain experience in placing top management positions in the automotive and consumer goods industries, in retail, and in the chemical and process industries. His passion is to recognize and promote people's potential and to create synergies with companies in order to develop potential in the best possible way.

JOHANN GRESKA

studied Automotive Engineering in Munich. After 30 years in various positions in the automotive industry, he joined Adrian & Roth Personalberatung in 2020. All topics related to NEW WORK and AGILE are exciting for him. He loves working with people and, as a headhunter, looks for the "right" candidates for clients in Automotive and Finance.

SABRINA KREIDENWEIS

studied International Business Studies & Management at FH Kufstein in Austria and stayed for one year at ESG Paris. After the succesful graduation in 2010 she was working in several economic fields: Marketing, Projektmanagement and PR were part of her daily business. In 2021 she joined the team of Adrian & Roth in the Recruiting.

WILFRIED BRACHSCHOSS

studied Electrical Engineering in Munich. He worked for over 25 years in the Semiconductor and High-Tech sector in various management functions in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, USA and Hong Kong. He joined Adrian & Roth Personalberatung in 2016. His main field of activity are senior positions in Electronics, Semiconductors and Software. He loves technology & innovation and is every day exited to learn new things, while talking to interesting candidates about their work and further ideas to growth and match them to exciting positions.

SAMIRA SCHMIDT

is studying Media Management and Digital Marketing at Fresenius University. She has been employed as a working student with us since October 2022. Her studies enable her to have precise handling and utilization of media, which she can excellently apply in her work. As she aims for a degree in the business field, she can effectively combine the knowledge gained from her work and studies.

BENEDIKT LEITMANNSTETTER

studies psychology at the International University. He joined our team in September 2021 and decided to complete his studies in parallel to his work at Adrian & Roth. Due to his profound psychological expertise, he particularly enjoys identifying the right personality structures for our positions.

PAUL HAJEK

Is currently finishing his master in Work & Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and organizational change, after finishing his bachelors in psychology at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Since May 2022, Paul is working as a Research Consultant at Adrian & Roth next to his studies. His motivation ist the incorporation of psychological knoledge in the domain of HR, to offer sustainable and long lasting solutions for employers and employees.

TANJA NEUMANN

is studying HR-Management at the International University and has been working for our company as a dual student since July 2023. Through her dual studies, she has already gained practical experience in various areas of HR management, including recruitment, employer branding and talent management. Her solid knowledge and skills bring new perspectives to our team and support us in offering customized and innovative solutions.

ANSELM WÖRNER

is enthusiastic about designing communication processes. As a master's student in Educational Management at LMU Munich, he applies competencies from pedagogy and media informatics in project work and internal personnel matters. Since August 2023, he has been a research consultant at Adrian & Roth, eager to leverage his educational science perspective and communicative skills for the team.
