The challenge here is to define the target companies accurately at the start and to firstly find potential candidates in order to then win them over in a technically competent manner. MATCH & MERGE

is the supreme discipline of outplacement coaching. Here we look for a new setting for teams that are affected by outplacement. We have already successfully mastered this many times with teams of up to 52 engineers. We search globally for a local team and accompany the process from the first meeting to the closing. The win-win effect can hardly be increased.

 

OUT- / NEWPLACEMENT

As out- / newplacement consultants, we accompany employees through the entire process of reorientation. Starting with the processing of the separation, through a personality analysis (SWOT, diagnostics, etc.) to the definition of the ideal professional future, right up to implementation. This includes jointly developing the right search process, jointly creating adapted application documents and letters of application, preparing for a good job interview and much more, until our coachee has found a new job.
