Sales Manager

Our customer is a leading leading foundry group for analog/mixed-signal semiconductor applications.

To support our customer we are currently looking for a Sales Manager (f/m).



Munich, Dresden or home office in Germany

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Responsibility for sales in Central Europe
  • Managing an existing customer base as well as new business generation
  • Reporting to the VP of Business Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Technical responsibility for the correct application of our technology and process design kits
  • Contract negotiations with the business partners
  • Developing new distribution channels and close cooperation with our service centres
  • Match customer’s needs and goals to our solutions and capabilities
  • Market monitoring, trend analysis and incorporation of customer feedback and reporting the conclusions to our Technology and Marketing departments
  • Responsibility for new business development

Your profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (MS, BS)
  • Strong experience in Semiconductors and min. 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • IC Design background would be advantageous
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals professionally
  • Experienced in managing large multi-national customers and possessing a good understanding of customers’ requirements and organization
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Home Office based in Germany
