The NBS products can be found in many production environments. NBS hardware and software are known for its amazing functionality and outstanding costs. From Corporate ID, Financial, Government ID, Telecom and Mobile Payment, Healthcare and many other applications NBS is a well-known, international solution provider.

To strengthen the sales team in the EMEA Region we are seeking the

Regional Sales Manager EMEA (f/m)(m/w)

Some of your tasks will be

    Responsibility for direct sales activities through the generation and establishing of sales leads and manage Channel Partners. We are looking for a person who is willing to explore and sell into new markets while promoting the complete line of products.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will

  • Generate direct sales and channel sales
  • Manage Dealers – account management, training and support
  • Manage existing customer relationships to foster repeat sales opportunities
  • Be expected to travel
  • Run Relationship Development
  • Take part at Tradeshows – advance preparation, meetings, follow ups, etc.

Your profile

  • 5 + years’ experience in direct sales in an international region
  • Experience in management of channel sales would be a big plus
  • Knowledge on working on proposals and bids
  • Knowledge of Smart Cards industry is an asset but not a must
  • You are a well-organized sales personality with the ability to work independently from home office as well as in a team
  • You have strong technical and conceptual sales capabilities
  • You have the ability to drive sales based on value proposition, understand customer needs and organize resources to close sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle

  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • Action and results oriented
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ready to travel up to 40 % of your time in your region
  • Effective communication skills with customers
