Analog/Mix Signal ICDesign Engineer (m/f)

Tasks / responsibilities

The position will be within our customers product development team where you will be developing analog innovative mixed-signal/power ICs. The role will cover the full IC design cycle from specification through circuit design to validation, testing and release. The European teams operate in close cooperation with the Japanese development centres. The team in Europe develops analog/mixed-signal products dedicated for the European market or tailored to large local customers in consumer, communication and industrial/automotive domains.

Your profile

  • Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with adequate years’ experience in a relevant field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Effective communication skills with customers
  • The following experience is mandatory:
    • Circuit design of analog, mixed-signal and large-signal circuits
    • Circuit and sub-circuit specification, design and simulation
    • IP definition
    • Exposure to CAD design tools (Cadence, Verilog, Spectre,
      Virtuoso, Debussy etc.)
    • Reference and evaluation application design
    • ESD, Latch-up and EMC compliancy
    • Validation and characterization methodology
