Through his advanced technology platforms, he is enabling mission critical applications for some of the Industry fastest growing markets like IoT, Data Centers and Mobility.

To further expand and strengthen the sales team in Europe we are looking for you as

Account Manager - Central Europe (m/f/d)

As an Account Manager you are responsible for the sale of the whole product and service portfolio within the region of Central Europe and East Europe. You will identify key opportunities and position the company as the lead supplier.

In this position you will report to the Director Sales Central & Eastern Europe and demonstrate the ability of generating revenue according to the company’s plan. Coordination of actions among internal teams, customers and channel partner to meet or exceed corporate goals as permanent process.

You will do your job from the home office and of course you will be on site with your customers a lot. You will be part of a very well-established team in which mutual respect, flexibility, responsibility, autonomy and the fun of achieving success together is lived.

Your main Duties and Responsibilities will be

  • Interact with existing customers and foster good relationships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new customers and prospects
  • Represents the whole product portfolio at both virtual and on-site meetings
  • Accompany the course of business projects and give proof of responsibility by commercial success
  • Define pricing matrix and follow-up on quoting process
  • Demonstrate diligence and accuracy on business forecast activities
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • BSEE / MSEE in Electronics
  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrated sales experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of Analog / Mixed Signal semiconductor technology
  • Technical knowledge in RF, Signal Integrity and EMI is a plus
  • Commitment to staying current with the continuous evolution of technology by attending training seminars internal and external, reading trade journals and technical publications
  • Effective communicator with the ability to interface at all levels, both internal and external
  • Experience in MS Office and possible Sales Force or equivalent CRM tool
  • Willingness of travelling does not have to be mentioned
  • Fluency in German and English
