However, old eNVM solutions such as Embedded Flash cannot provide cost-effective solutions that are so urgently needed in the age of Internet of Things.  Our client’s technology perfectly suitable for IoT, due to the fact that it combines ultra-low power operation and high performance at affordable cost. Besides IoT, this technology is also very well suited for consumer electronics and due to its field driven write operations it is the perfect match for ultra-low power applications.

Principal Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Your duties and key responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for 300 mm electrical test lab (probe station, electrical tester, software environment, infrastructure)
  • Standardize test software environment with goal on robustness (software release procedures / revisioning etc.)
  • Create test development strategy for separating standard test and test development in appropriate manner
  • Optimize lab for memory specific tests and high throughput
  • Regularly integrate new test hardware with aim at differentiated but robust electrical test routines
  • Implement and execute test routines defined by device and characterization engineers
  • Support device engineers in development of advanced electrical test routines and their respective integration in the test environment after validation
  • Programming of data extraction routines
  • Interface closely with design team for silicon validation of new test chips
  • Execute electrical tests defined by design team to validate functionality of newly developed test chips
  • Grow lab to fully blown memory test lab
  • Responsible for setting up lab development strategy, requesting quotes, executing purchase of new equipment

  • Finalize standard test routine implementation for single devices and mini arrays in first 6 months
  • Finalize standard test routine implementation for active arrays within first 12 months
  • Introduce test software revisioning approach in first 12 months
  • Create long term lab development strategy in first 12 months
