Insights for candidates

We are at your service with experience gained from numerous interviews and observation of a diverse range of career developments. In talks with you, we sound out your opportunities and focus on your individual goals. Once the target has been defined, we help you to forge a path to achieving that aim. We accompany you as your critical and objective advisors. Simply filling a job vacancy is not what we strive for. Rather, we orient ourselves according to your ideal concept. If one of our vacant positions is on the path to your goal, it goes without saying that we will take a much closer look and compare your profile with the requirements for the job.

Experience has shown us that less than 50 percent of vacancies are filled by initial candidates. Instead, an opening interview usually serves to analyze the situation and qualifications, and to define the actual target. Armed with the information and insights gained from the interview, we notify you thereafter of vacant positions that bring you closer to your goal. We prefer career development to just headhunting!

We rely on your full support for professional execution of this task. Your openness, honesty, and the greatest possible accurate and critical self-analysis are important in order that we can accompany you on the right path. We don’t want to just get you a new „job.“ Much more to the point, we hope that a talk with us will open up a new way of seeing things and help you to define your goal more precisely and realistically in order to reach it with the next step. We have gained our experience from hundreds of interviews with candidates and by observing numerous career paths – not from simply theory. We would like to share this experience with you and hope in doing so to have a positive influence on your professional development.
