Regional Sales Manager CE South and Eastern Europe

Our Client is an American based semiconductor manufacturer with the worldwide headquarters in California. Due to the profitable situation intend our customer to expand there European Sales Force with one additional Field Sales Engineer.

Purpose of the Job:
Manage and develop the business with our Distribution Partners and key customers in Central Europe South (South Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe).


  • Business plan preparation, agreement & execution together with timely and effective reporting of progress against plan and in line with our several divisions, Product Line’s and business focus
  • Utilize appropriate strategic planning tools including Account Strategic Planning Workshops
  • Working with the Field Application Engineers to
    – agree key objectives and design-in goals
    – identify new customer projects
    – design in key strategic product
    – understand and resolve key design in obstacles, to ensure support and a successful design in phase
    – identify and drive second source business
  • Support of contract negotiations, coordinate activities
  • Establish relationships to the decision makers within the Distributor offices and the key customers at all levels


We are looking for a


with the following qualifications:


  • Academic degree in Electronic Engineering
  • Good technical understanding of Information and Communication technology
  • 5 or more years Sales or Marketing experience in the Semiconductor Business
  • Excellent in German language and fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
