Business. “To arouse people’s enthusiasm for
products, services or ideas, of which one is convinced of is an
excellent thing to do for me!” Juergen gained his first
experiences in the sports articles branch. He then changed branch to
work for Minolta. After three successful years with Minolta in Direct
Sales, he mastered his last task - before the jump in the cold water of
a personnel consultation – at first as a Sales Director and
afterwards as Marketing Manager Europe at a US company. From 1995 to
2002, Juergen Adrian was at Pape Personalberatung (Consulting). At
first he was responsible for the successful development of the
consulting area “Electronics and Automation” as
Consultant and team leader. As of 1999 he took over the responsibility

born in January 1965 in Wiesbaden. After the specialized
examination (Abitur) he studied electro-technology with emphasis on
communications technology at the Fachhochschule in Frankfurt/Main.
After final study in February 1990 he
started his business career with the Japanese semiconductor
manufacturer Fujitsu Microelectronics as Field Sales Engineer. In the
autumn of 1993 he changed to the newly founded semiconductor
manufacturer in the Daimler Benz company, the TEMIC Semiconductor into
the position of the responsible Field Sales Engineers for all Telecom
customers for the region Central Europe. After successful settling he assumed
responsibility for a major customer as Key Account Manager. Later on he
took over overall responsibility and the management of the Sales Office
Central Europe South based in Munich. After the merger of TEMIC
Semiconductor in 1998 with the Vishay Group, he started his career in
the field of personnel consulting in the autumn of 1999 and brought in
his industry experience as a semiconductor specialist. “I already had some experience
with personnel consultants during my time at Fujitsu and TEMIC. Very
soon it became obvious to me that the quality of work of a personnel
advisor depends enormously on its market authority. It simply is fun to
use my experience from my time in the semiconductor industry and to
effectively transform it as personnel consultant for our customers and
candidates.” |

was born 1979 in Munich. After finishing his apprenticeship as a banker
at Dresdner Bank AG in Munich he started his studies of Business
Administration at the University of Regensburg. During this time he was
able to do different internships in Human Resources and Marketing in
Germany and Australia. Stephan started his professional career in
Regensburg being a Consultant for one of Germany’s biggest
temp agency. In this position Stephan was responsible for the
recruitment of engineers as well as commercial staff. Returning back to
Munich Stephan continued his experience in recruitment matters and
started working for an international acting recruitment company as
Consultant for the Semiconductor industry. He worked as Key Account
Manager for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and filled
different vacancies, mainly in Design, Application, Sales and Marketing.

a Diploma in Business Administration and completed job training
for Industrial Business and Personnel Management and has almost 20
years of professional and management experience in the IT industry.
Among other positions he was Marketing- and Sales Director for Germany
at a large world-wide operating IT-System Company for 7 years.
Afterwards he was a member of the German management team, responsible
for Sales and Marketing at an international IT Distributor. A two year
engagement as Sales- and Marketing Director at a German Factoring
Company was followed by almost 5 years independent consultancy as an
advisor of IT Companies. The last two years he was a Principal
Consultant at a major German personnel consulting company. In his leisure time he enjoys sports, hiking
and informal evenings with his family and friends. Besides he also
likes to read. “Personnel
consulting in the IT industry for me is a vision as I am able to bring
in all my industry-, management- and product knowledge developed over
the past 20 years for the success of my customers and
candidates.”

Furthermore he is a trained methodical coach and strategic personnel
developer. Following
his study he worked as a management consultant in the area of strategic
management
on international company level. His emphasis was in the range of
strategy

technology industry. Additionally after five years professional
experience Dr. Dr.
Baumgärtler focused himself on the range of management
development for high-level personnel, managers and executive committees
in the biotech,
IT, automation and construction industry.

born in Shanghai, started her professional life as Interpreter
(Japanese / English ↔ Chinese) at Shanghai Pudong Software
Park in China after earning a Bachelor's degree. She has been living in
Germany since 2000 and obtained a Magister degree in Japanese studies
& Business Psychology at the University of Munich. At the same
time, she successfully completed her education as certified translator
at SDI Munich (Sprachen & Dolmetscher Institut
München.
From
2006 to 2008, Ms. Zhang was employed as ispo china project coordinator
by the Munich International Trade Fairs and responsible for the
acquisition of international exhibitors as well as customer liaison and
support. After that, she worked as project manager for a convention and
event agency which specializes in the organization of medical
congresses. "I love
working with people in different industries from various cultures.
Therefore, I am particularly pleased to accept the new challenge in
personnel consulting. I would like to build a bridge between East and
West in the HR field."

The
studied media and communications manager gained after
final study experiences within the range of internal communication at
Intel Comneon GmbH, a daughter enterprise of the Infineon Technologies AG. In
this time she attained also the graduation as Master of Business
Administration. After an enterprise change in the year 2009, she
remained true to the range of communication management and developed
herself further in the direction of project management. From a
management consultancy in Berlin she went back into the south of
Germany. Within Adrian
& Roth she is responsible of marketing communications and acts
also in the range of project management. Contemporary with her

1995, after he finished the study of
Electrical
Engineering with a specialization in microelectronics, Michael Erdmann
started his
professional career in the corporate R&D department of Siemens
AG, in Munich. Next steps in his career have been several positions in
application, marketing and sales at Siemens Semiconductor (today
Infineon). 2009 he took over the leadership for the global automotive
sale of Elmos AG, an automotive ASSP and ASIC specialist.
Since the beginning of 2011, Michael Erdmann works for Adrian &
Roth. Referring to his own experience, it became very clear to him,
that successful companies and teams are developed by persons, who
complement each other in their abilities and personalities. Therefore
his credo is: “I will use my personality, my experience and
my network to bring the right people together, to push things and to
realize plans and visions.” |
